Serve as the technical client lead for energy trading and broking customers: manage integrations, onboarding, training, incident resolution, and proactive account health. Translate customer workflows into product requirements, support pre-sales scoping, and influence the product roadmap to deliver AI-driven liquidity and analytics solutions.

Lead marketing strategy and execution to position Sphere as a market leader. Own messaging, GTM, demand generation and ABM, use data and AI to optimize campaigns, work with Sales/Product/Leadership, manage CRM and agency partners, and drive marketing-driven revenue growth.

Provide technical client support for energy trading clients: own technical relationships, troubleshoot incidents, lead onboarding and training, scope integrations and pre-sales, and relay client feedback to Product and Engineering to improve Sphere's AI and aggregation platform.
