Recruit technical and engineering talent across Belgium and Europe. Develop sourcing strategies, use LinkedIn Recruiter, conduct screening calls, coordinate interviews, support candidates throughout the hiring process, and manage external recruiting agencies. The role serves as the candidate-facing ambassador while maintaining accurate, timely recruiting operations and using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Ashby.

Design, implement and own production-grade perception pipelines (vision and multi-modal sensors) for autonomous countermeasures. Integrate and fuse EO/IR, IMU, radar and other sensors, develop and train ML models, optimize code for resource-constrained platforms, work hands-on with hardware, produce design documentation, and mentor team members.
