Integrate and fuse EO/IR, IMU, radar and other sensors, develop and train ML models, optimize code for resource-constrained platforms, work hands-on with hardware, produce design documentation, and mentor team members.

Design, develop, document and test production-grade perception pipelines for detection, identification, and tracking. Integrate and fuse multi-modal sensor data (EO/IR, IMU, radar, lasers), work hands-on with hardware, mentor team members, and produce optimized C++/Python code for autonomous countermeasure systems.

Design and implement testing, alignment, and calibration procedures and jigs for aerospace-grade electromechanical products. Develop companion jig software, establish quality and repeatability standards, execute end-of-line testing and outgoing inspections, maintain manufacturing control plans, and support partner production startups through training and travel.
