Build and lead Sphera's government sales strategy to drive federal and select state revenue growth. Personally pursue strategic DoD and federal opportunities, establish go-to-market and account-based plans, scale and coach a high-performing sales organization, implement forecasting and pipeline discipline, form partnerships and represent Sphera at industry events.

Lead forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, and financial modeling for the Services/Consulting business. Maintain and improve Alteryx workflows and Power BI reports, support monthly/quarterly reporting, provide ad-hoc analysis, and assist with M&A data integration and executive presentations.

Lead and manage a team of QA engineers across multiple product lines, own QA strategy and execution, drive automation and AI-assisted testing adoption, manage release/regression activities, collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders, and report quality metrics to ensure high-quality enterprise SaaS releases.
