Own the Chemical Management product backlog and translate customer and business needs into product priorities, requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development teams on solution design, feasibility, roadmap planning, functionality validation, modernization, and re-architecture initiatives.

Lead the EMEA Customer Success organization, managing approximately eight Customer Success Managers and driving retention, renewals, adoption, customer value, and expansion. Establish consistent processes, KPIs, forecasting, and customer health practices while coaching leaders and developing talent. Build executive relationships with strategic customers and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to improve customer outcomes and represent customer needs internally.

Sell Sphera’s enterprise software solutions to Global 2000 and enterprise accounts, focusing on new-account acquisition. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying opportunities, presenting solutions, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, forecasting, creating closing plans, collaborating with account managers, and meeting revenue quotas. The role requires success with complex enterprise sales, strong relationship management, strategic selling, and the ability to navigate matrixed organizations.
