Provides recovery-oriented case management for patients receiving counseling and medication-assisted treatment. Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing treatment plans, managing clinical documentation and prior authorizations, advocating for services, connecting patients with community resources, educating patients on daily living and medication management, maintaining regulatory compliance, and coordinating with multidisciplinary care teams across two clinic locations.

Provides nursing care in an Opioid Treatment Program, including administering and reconciling controlled medications, supporting patient appointments, taking vitals, performing urine drug screens and phlebotomy, assisting evaluations, coordinating prescriptions and prior authorizations, maintaining electronic health records, reviewing prescription monitoring data, and educating patients about medications and resources.

Verifies patients’ healthcare insurance coverage, benefits, deductibles, co-insurance, and copays. Confirms in-network and out-of-network benefits, obtains required authorizations, pre-certifications, and referrals, and communicates accurate coverage information promptly to the clinical team. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of healthcare-setting experience.
