Processes biweekly multi-state payroll, payroll taxes, reconciliations, benefit contributions, garnishments, reimbursements, journal entries, and annual reporting. Ensures accurate and timely payroll transactions, account balancing, compliance filings, employee support, and coordination with auditors and government agencies. Provides training on payroll, timekeeping, and expense reimbursement processes while maintaining confidentiality and supporting the Director of Accounting.

Provide case management and recovery support for patients receiving counseling and medication-assisted treatment: assess needs, develop treatment plans, manage clinical documentation and prior authorizations, connect patients to resources, educate on daily living and medication management, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
