Coordinate and manage end-to-end consultant recruitment processes across North America, including interview scheduling, candidate records, due diligence, stakeholder communications, document preparation, and relationship management to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Support executive search engagements by developing search strategy, sourcing and assessing senior candidates, managing project tasks and timelines, maintaining candidate data in the firm database, preparing client progress materials, and contributing market and candidate intelligence across geographies.
