Supports executive search and leadership advisory engagements through executive, company, and industry research; analytical synthesis; client and business development support; presentations; reports; and thought leadership materials. Interns complete individual and team projects, collaborate with firm leaders, develop professional communication and stakeholder management skills, and present project outcomes. The program includes mentorship, training, and exposure to executive recruitment, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, board work, and corporate governance.

Lead executive search projects, conduct candidate research and assessments, advise clients on talent markets and candidate pipelines, coordinate project delivery, and support consultants with presentations and business-development materials. The role requires strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, business, and research skills, along with an international mindset and interest in leadership, people, and organizations.

Supports executive search engagements from kickoff through candidate presentation and referencing. Responsibilities include developing search strategies and target lists, researching industries and prospects, assessing executive candidates, maintaining candidate and company data in Quest, preparing client updates, and collaborating with consultants, assistants, and global teams. The role requires project management, executive communication, market knowledge, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches.
