Supports leadership advisory and assessment engagements for executives, senior leadership teams, and boards. Responsibilities include analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, conducting market and organizational research, preparing client reports and presentations, coordinating international projects, supporting proposals and business development, and contributing to internal knowledge development. The role requires strong project management, communication, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with Dutch and English fluency and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Oversee Oslo office operations, facilities, reception, workplace experience, vendors, supplies, meetings, events, onboarding, and basic facilities technology support. Maintain a professional, safe, organized workplace; coordinate building services and maintenance; support employees, clients, visitors, consultants, and executives; and identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and service quality.

Supports executive search and leadership advisory engagements through executive, company, and industry research; analytical synthesis; client and business development support; presentations; reports; and thought leadership materials. Interns complete individual and team projects, collaborate with firm leaders, develop professional communication and stakeholder management skills, and present project outcomes. The program includes mentorship, training, and exposure to executive recruitment, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, board work, and corporate governance.
