Own Spektrix’s visual design practice, evolving its brand identity and design system across campaigns, digital experiences, events, social media, product communications, and sales materials. Develop strategic creative concepts, produce multichannel assets, manage workflows and timelines, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure accessibility, quality, consistency, and organized asset libraries.

Creates and manages multi-format content across web, email, social, events, and paid channels. Leads campaign messaging and execution, develops thought leadership for the arts and culture sector, optimizes content performance, and collaborates with Product, Sales, Client Marketing, and Web teams. Maintains editorial quality across regional markets while managing workflows, deadlines, contributors, and cross-functional feedback.

Creates and manages multi-format marketing content across web, email, social, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Leads selected prospect campaigns, develops thought leadership for the arts and culture sector, adapts messaging across channels, and optimizes content performance. The role also maintains editorial quality across regional markets, coordinates contributors and timelines, and collaborates with Product, Sales, Client Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Web teams.
