Manage the financial administration of construction projects from award through closeout. Responsibilities include owner billing, project cost monitoring, budget variance analysis, cost-to-complete projections, subcontractor billing review, contract and change-order coordination, collections support, month-end close, WIP accounting, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, forecasting, and maintaining audit-ready records.

Develops and nurtures client relationships, generates construction opportunities, supports budgeting and estimating, and guides customers through design and bidding. Maintains client engagement throughout project completion and warranty resolution, coordinates with field staff, supports manpower reporting, and represents the company in community organizations. The role requires construction-process expertise, relationship management, site visits, frequent customer meetings, and occasional training travel.
