Manage the financial administration of construction projects from award through closeout. Responsibilities include owner billing, project cost monitoring, budget variance analysis, cost-to-complete projections, subcontractor billing review, contract and change-order coordination, collections support, month-end close, WIP accounting, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, forecasting, and maintaining audit-ready records.

Supports construction estimators with competitive bids, subcontractor and supplier communication, bid documents, proposals, scope sheets, RFIs, addenda, bid forms, reporting, meeting coordination, and bid-day preparation. The intern will learn design-build and design-bid-build processes, construction terminology, and estimating tools including Bluebeam, SmartBid, and Destini while collaborating with estimating and project teams.

Lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing planning, scheduling, budgets, contracts, financial performance, safety, quality, and stakeholder relationships. Partner with field superintendents and project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Mentor project managers, engineers, and administrators while overseeing multiple large-scale developments, including hotels, apartments, and similar commercial projects.
