Provides user-facing data and technical support by troubleshooting system and data issues, investigating anomalies with SQL and Python, validating reports and dashboards, and coordinating resolutions with BI, engineering, product, and operations teams. Builds support dashboards and reports, maintains data definitions and governance documentation, participates in UAT and QA, performs post-incident reviews, and develops support playbooks. Communicates technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and uses AI-assisted analytics to improve investigations and business insights.
