Plan, organize, and direct community clinical and medication programs; perform resident assessments and care plans; provide medication administration; train staff; ensure regulatory compliance and act as clinical resource.

Plan, develop, and run resident activities and monthly calendars, procure performers and seminars, maintain the resident library, and drive/assist residents to events while providing strong customer service and clear communication.

Provide clinical monitoring and support for residents: coordinate admissions, ensure care plan delivery, administer medications and treatments, document observations, and assist with regulatory compliance and outside provider coordination.
