The Accounting Manager oversees day-to-day accounting and monthly close for a nonprofit healthcare organization and its for-profit pharmacy entity. Responsibilities include financial reporting, reconciliations, general ledger, AP, AR, payroll accounting, inventory, intercompany transactions, 340B activity, grants, audits, tax support, internal controls, and process improvement. The role partners with clinical, pharmacy, revenue cycle, HR, and operations leaders and serves as backup to the Controller.
