Manage an outpatient pharmacy delivering patient-centered medication services including dispensing, counseling, MTM, adherence monitoring, and prior authorization support. Oversee pharmacy staff, ensure regulatory compliance with Arizona Board of Pharmacy, manage inventory and controlled substance logs, collaborate with providers on medication therapy (HIV, PrEP/PEP, hormone therapy), participate in quality improvement and audits, and provide culturally competent, LGBTQ+-affirming care.
