Oversees person-centered support, staff teamwork, home operations, maintenance coordination, safety standards, budgeting, staff issues, and vehicle-related responsibilities. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Michigan driver’s license, reliable transportation, background clearances, fingerprinting, medical clearance, drug screening, physical examination, and MILTC screening. One year of related experience is preferred.

Leads administrative and operational coordination for a youth-serving residential care organization. Supports the Executive Director and department leaders, oversees admissions, onboarding, training, policies, documentation, quality improvement, compliance, investigations, reporting, and strategic initiatives. Supervises an Administrative Secretary and collaborates with clinical, education, HR, security, and support teams to maintain effective service delivery and organizational accountability.
