Provides autonomous advanced-practice clinical care at McDill Air Force Base, including screening, examinations, diagnosis, treatment, medication prescribing, immunizations, preventive counseling, and management of acute and chronic conditions. The role also provides clinical guidance, mentorship, and staff training. This is a full-time, weekday position with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.

Provides registered nursing care in a gastroenterology setting at Nellis Air Force Base. Responsibilities require clinical nursing experience in medical-surgical, critical care, or emergency settings, plus moderate sedation and recovery experience. Works Monday through Friday, 0600–1800, and must maintain required nursing licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications.

Provides full-time urgent care to active-duty service members, veterans, and families at a BLS-level ambulatory health center. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, coordinating transfers for higher-acuity cases, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and clinical leadership. The role requires an accredited physician assistant education, an active state license, at least two years of PA experience, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and active DEA registration.
