Oversee flu immunization clinics by assessing patients, preparing and administering vaccinations, providing aftercare instructions, answering immunization questions, and completing compliant documentation. Nurses must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario, work independently, communicate effectively in English, and demonstrate strong patient assessment and teaching skills. New graduates are welcome, with flexible weekday shifts of at least three hours.

Coordinate healthcare supply chain activities, including purchase orders, vendor relationships, inventory monitoring, storage, distribution, deliveries, returns, RMAs, credits, and accounts payable reconciliation. Support logistics between patient homes, branches, and field staff while identifying process improvements, assisting with ERP implementation, and maintaining accurate cost and inventory records.

Lead internal communications and change strategy across Slack, events, and leadership channels. Create clear content, partner with leaders and People & Culture, measure engagement, and manage projects to support organizational initiatives and culture-building.
