Production Associates support aluminum recycling and foundry operations by safely handling and stacking ingots, performing quality checks, operating forklifts and other equipment, assisting with maintenance and plant operations, and following safety procedures. The role requires teamwork, dependable attendance, frequent lifting, and comfort working in hot and cold environments. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

Provide hands-on safety support on the night shift in an industrial plant: deliver training, conduct inspections, identify and document hazards, assist incident investigations, enforce PPE and LOTO procedures, support OSHA/EPA compliance, maintain safety records, and collaborate with production and maintenance to improve workplace safety.
