Teams at Spectro Alloys Corporation

Perform hands-on production tasks in an aluminum recycling facility: lift and stack ingots, perform quality checks, operate equipment (training provided), assist with maintenance, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with teammates across rotating shifts.

Support maintenance and operations by managing inventory records, performing cycle counts and receiving shipments, updating the CMMS and ERP/WMS, processing purchasing/invoice documentation, assisting material fulfillment, operating forklifts, and communicating material availability to teams to keep production and equipment running smoothly.

Provide hands-on safety support on the night shift in an industrial plant: deliver training, conduct inspections, identify and document hazards, assist incident investigations, enforce PPE and LOTO procedures, support OSHA/EPA compliance, maintain safety records, and collaborate with production and maintenance to improve workplace safety.
