Lead the global Particle Analyzer product portfolio, owning long-term strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, portfolio performance, investment priorities, and commercialization. Develop market-driven product requirements, value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market plans while collaborating with R&D, Commercial, Marketing, Applications, Service, and Operations. Influence global matrix teams, lead governance and stage-gate reviews, support P&L management, and represent the portfolio with customers and industry stakeholders.

Designs, develops, prototypes, tests, and optimizes mechanical systems and components for scientific instruments. Responsibilities include mechanical analysis, subsystem integration, technical documentation, PLM and BOM management, supplier collaboration, production transfer, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary R&D, manufacturing, procurement, electronics, and software teams while supporting innovation and new product development.
