Provides proactive executive and administrative support to senior Commercial leaders. Responsibilities include complex calendar and meeting management, domestic and international travel coordination, event and customer visit planning, presentation and document preparation, expense claim coordination, stakeholder communications, action tracking, and executive support coverage. Requires discretion, strong organization, communication, planning, and time-management skills.

Own and optimise the digital lead-to-opportunity process from MQL to sales conversion. Manage Salesforce lead routing, workflows, SLAs and integrations with marketing automation and ecommerce. Analyse pipeline and attribution, drive sales enablement, process improvements, data governance, and MyStore ecommerce growth through cross-functional collaboration.

Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and upgrades Malvern Panalytical analytical instruments, primarily Zetasizer and Mastersizer systems. Provides remote and on-site technical support, manages customer accounts, documents service activities, processes repairs and parts returns, escalates issues, and maintains strong customer relationships. The role requires extensive travel, independent diagnosis of complex instrumentation problems, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
