Lead APAC commercial strategy and sales organisation to drive revenue, market expansion and profitability. Coach country leaders, manage distributors and channel partners, oversee forecasting, pricing and operational rigour, and represent APAC in global leadership.

Design and develop electronic production equipment and machine controls for X-ray tubes and detectors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support production troubleshooting (~25% time), lead or grow into project leadership, and build data-driven Factory 4.0 infrastructure to optimize processes.
