Own supplier quality for components: conduct risk-based supplier audits, validate issues with drawings and measurements, drive 8D/CAPA and corrective actions, support NPI with FAIR/PPAP, analyze supplier performance and implement improvement plans using structured problem-solving.

Lead manufacturing process improvement projects, resolve production issues using structured problem-solving, maintain lean controls (SOPs, BOMs, PFMEAs), drive design-for-manufacturability changes, improve KPIs, liaise with suppliers, design cell/line layouts, support process transfers and resource budgeting.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for full sales activities in the assigned region, including prospecting, lead-generation, building customer relationships, and ensuring service responsiveness. They will lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility and identify growth opportunities while providing timely reporting of sales activities in the CRM system.
