Coordinate field service and installation activities, dispatch and schedule technicians, monitor workloads, support clients by phone and email, and assist with on-premise equipment installations. Supports planning, scheduling, tracking, documentation, governance, and execution of cross-functional strategic projects. Facilitates meetings, monitors milestones, project health, risks, resources, and capacity, and coordinates with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support. The role begins with managing sub-projects and workstreams under mentorship, with progression toward independent project ownership. It also facilitates retrospectives and post-mortems to improve future project delivery.
