Support services sales and delivery by creating Statements of Work, resourcing models, and demos; bridge Sales, Professional Services, and Product; manage SOW and services libraries; liaise with customers and ARB for pre-sales technical asks; ensure services meet margin targets and support handoffs and escalations to Project Managers.

Lead integration and data migration workstreams for SaaS implementations. Document technical requirements, estimate effort, mitigate risks, deliver secure scalable integrations, perform data imports and quality checks, mentor the implementation team, and support pre-sales as needed.

Lead and deliver SaaS implementation projects using Specright methodology. Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications; consult on requirements, QA, and solution design; drive customer adoption, upsell opportunities, and mentor junior PMs.
