Leads complex enterprise SaaS implementations for customers, managing project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance. Partners with customers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, guide solution design, support QA, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery. Acts as a solution consultant, manages executive communications, identifies expansion opportunities, improves implementation methodology, and mentors project managers.

Designs and develops software systems for Specright’s core specification management platform. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope features, architecting solutions, designing scalable data schemas, and developing within the Salesforce ecosystem. The role requires software development expertise, Salesforce experience, software lifecycle best practices, agile methodology, and familiarity with AI tools and Agentic SDLC. This is a fully remote position working closely with senior engineers and product stakeholders.

Serves as the technical post-sale partner for customers, supporting onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term value realization. Configures and optimizes Salesforce objects, workflows, automations, and integrations with third-party systems. Translates business requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshoots data and system issues, documents technical designs, and collaborates with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support. Contributes to renewals, expansions, executive business reviews, customer health initiatives, and measurable ROI.
