Supports technical accounting and financial reporting by researching U.S. GAAP, evaluating complex transactions, preparing accounting memoranda and disclosures, reviewing journal entries, monitoring new standards, coordinating audits, and improving internal controls and accounting processes. The role also provides technical guidance and training to cross-functional teams and accounting personnel.

Supports Revenue Cycle Management through reporting, dashboards, data analysis, SQL queries, Power BI business intelligence, and data validation. Analyzes payor performance, reimbursement, denials, contracts, credentialing, and revenue cycle trends. Builds financial impact models, maintains accurate datasets, automates reporting, identifies operational issues, and communicates actionable insights to leadership and business stakeholders.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for multiple dental practice entities. Prepare and post journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements; analyze P&L variances; maintain GL accuracy; assist audits; improve processes and internal controls; collaborate with operations, billing, payroll, and AP/AR teams to ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
