Serve as an HR business partner covering maternity leave: advise managers on performance, engagement, and org planning; handle employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, Workday data maintenance, compliance, and global P&C projects while providing day-to-day support to employees and leaders.

Provide exceptional in-store and remote rider service, guide purchases, maintain merchandising and store cleanliness, assist with inventory and light janitorial tasks, and promote the Specialized brand while meeting sales and customer-satisfaction goals.

Lead and support the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. Greet riders, assess needs, provide product recommendations, maintain merchandising and store cleanliness, perform opening/closing duties when needed, and ensure safe handling of merchandise including lifting up to 50 lbs.
