Manages a portfolio of donors, major investors, corporate sponsors, and prospective supporters through relationship cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and moves management. Secures financial commitments, expands monthly giving, supports fundraising campaigns, develops investor communications, coordinates sponsor engagement, represents the organization at events, and maintains accurate CRM records while tracking fundraising and retention goals.

Tracks fundraising goals and engagement activities, develops personalized communications and proposals, collaborates with development and event teams, and represents the organization at meetings and community events.

Leads comprehensive fundraising and development planning, including donor stewardship, major gifts, grant research and applications, communications, revenue forecasting, and KPI evaluation. Collaborates with executive leadership, the board, marketing, donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners to increase funding, donor retention, and organizational sustainability. Oversees fundraising communications across social media, email, direct mail, and other channels while coordinating grant reporting and annual funding plans.
