Supervise overnight warehouse receiving operations, including employee productivity, scheduling, attendance, training, inventory integrity, replenishment, vehicle maintenance, order delivery, safety, and workplace cleanliness. The role requires learning subordinate warehouse, delivery, customer service, and maintenance functions; coordinating with management; and ensuring timely fulfillment of business needs. This is an on-site, full-time position involving physical warehouse work and local or state facility travel.

Represent the company in on-premise sales while providing remarkable shopping experiences. The role requires an experienced professional who can collaborate effectively with a team and work independently.

Provides timely customer and employee support through phone and email, resolves issues using a ticketing system, and supports inquiries related to third-party delivery platforms. Builds positive customer relationships, maintains knowledge of product offerings, follows company procedures, and handles complaints professionally while meeting deadlines.
