Provide timely customer and employee support through phone and email, resolve issues using a ticketing system, assist with third-party delivery platform inquiries, and maintain positive customer relationships while following company policies.

Coordinates communication between warehouse and sales teams, researches inventory issues, supports special orders and transfers, and helps fulfill customer orders. Greets customers during pickups, verifies invoices and payments, loads orders, responds to inquiries, prepares samples, receives transfers, tracks delivery ETAs, and routes special-order products. Requires strong customer service, organization, multitasking, communication, basic computer skills, open availability, and TABC certification.

Selects, verifies, packs, tags, stages, and replenishes wholesale customer orders. Identifies products by SKU and location, records variances, maintains organized rack and staging areas, supports inventory activities, operates dollies and pallet jacks, and follows TABC, OSHA, and company safety procedures. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, punctuality, and frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
