Join the Spear AI team as a Mechanical Engineer focusing on design, prototyping, and operational testing of unmanned maritime sensor systems. Design, implement, and deploy cloud and air-gapped infrastructure using IaC (Pulumi/Terraform). Build CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines, manage containers (Docker, Kubernetes, Podman), monitor systems, enforce CMMC, troubleshoot on-site with customers, and support RHEL/bare-metal environments. Travel to customer sites and partner with customer engineering teams to integrate and resolve mission-critical infrastructure issues.

Build and operate real-time and batch data pipelines for maritime domain awareness. Parse binary sensor and SONAR data, design high-performance data warehouses, validate and normalize sources, and improve local development and CI/CD. Work on-site with customers, write production-quality code, and integrate systems to support mission-critical deployments.

The Embedded DevOps Engineer will develop CI/CD pipelines, improve provisioning systems, and coordinate with both embedded software and hardware teams, participating in at-sea testing and deployments.

Own and drive full proposal lifecycle for government solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, IDIQs, SBIR/STTR, OTAs, etc.), ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, draft technical and operational content, interview SMEs, coordinate stakeholders and primes/subcontractors, manage timelines and final submissions, and continuously improve proposal processes and throughput.

Provide COCOM-level all-source analytic expertise, fuse multi-INT data into operational understanding, translate analytic processes into developer-ready requirements, coordinate across users and engineers, integrate all-source workflows with AI-enabled capabilities, and communicate tradecraft and data constraints to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Provide operational targeting expertise across the Joint Targeting Cycle, translate targeting processes into developer-ready requirements, coordinate across users and technical teams, assess integration opportunities with AI capabilities, and maintain theater-level targeting awareness while supporting platform and data governance.

Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog for a multi-vendor, government-led program. Coordinate onboarding, security/CAC processing, travel logistics, stakeholder engagement, risk and action tracking, contract and budget tracking, and maintain program artifacts and status reporting in a classified environment.

Coordinate technical integration between engineering and DoD customers: secure access, schedule tests, stand up environments, validate software against requirements, document outcomes, manage stakeholders, and surface integration risks to keep programs on schedule.
