Create localized copy, visuals, and short-form videos focused on English learning, AI, and local trends. Track content performance, user feedback, and competitors to optimize content direction. Assist with user-generated content, campus ambassador programs, and organic growth initiatives while working onsite in Shanghai.

Own a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts in Korea, leading onboarding, learner engagement, business reviews, retention, renewals, and expansion. Monitor usage data to identify risks, execute targeted interventions, and demonstrate customer ROI. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering while maintaining accurate account and renewal data in HubSpot.
