Leads corporate fundraising and donor relationship development for the SPCA of Texas. Manages sponsor and donor portfolios for four major fundraising events, owning cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, sponsorship fulfillment, budgets, and annual revenue goals. Develops proposals, engagement strategies, impact reports, and cultivation plans; partners with corporate supporters, volunteers, event committees, marketing, communications, and development leadership. Tracks donor activity in Raiser's Edge NXT, reports fundraising performance, supports strategic planning, and improves development processes.
