SPC Construction is a New York/New Jersey civil construction company formed by combining Schiavone Construction, John P. Picone, and E.E. Cruz. A subsidiary of FlatironDragados, it delivers complex infrastructure projects for government and other clients, including bridges, tunnels, rail and mass transit, highways, foundations, marine work, flood resilience, water-treatment plants, hydraulic works, and geotechnical construction across the metropolitan region with emphasis on safety, quality, innovation, and client success.
