Design scalable solutions across general ledger, payables, receivables, billing, revenue recognition, cash management, reporting, controls, and enterprise integrations with Salesforce.

Lead end-to-end Certinia PSA and Salesforce consulting engagements, from discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, adoption, and support. Design scalable professional services solutions covering resource planning, project financials, billing, forecasting, revenue recognition, reporting, and integrations. Manage delivery governance, budgets, risks, and client relationships while mentoring consulting teams and supporting pre-sales activities.

Designs, configures, and implements Ironclad and Agiloft CLM solutions, including workflows, templates, business rules, dashboards, automation, integrations, and APIs. Supports solution architecture, technical documentation, product demonstrations, proposals, and proof-of-concept activities. Advises clients on contract management best practices, provides implementation expertise and training, troubleshoots technical issues, and mentors team members. Requires strong legal operations knowledge, enterprise solution design experience, communication skills, and CLM platform certifications.
