Tests and validates Salesforce solutions for client implementations. Responsibilities include designing test plans and cases, performing functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing, documenting defects, validating configurations and business processes, supporting release readiness, reviewing system impacts, and documenting quality findings. The role collaborates with consultants, developers, and stakeholders while contributing to QA process improvements and solution proof-of-concepts.

Lead Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced consulting engagements, designing and implementing advanced billing, invoicing, pricing, usage rating, payments, collections, subscriptions, and revenue lifecycle solutions. Facilitate client workshops, analyze complex Quote-to-Cash requirements, advise on best practices, coordinate with project managers and integration teams, and support scalable integrations with ERP, tax, and payment platforms. The role also contributes to implementation methodologies and progression toward Solution Architect responsibilities.

Consults with clients to understand revenue and operational challenges, design Salesforce-based solutions, build cloud proof-of-concepts, support implementations, and recommend improvements. The role focuses on Salesforce CRM, Revenue Cloud Advanced, ARM, and CPQ, with opportunities to develop end-to-end solution design expertise and progress toward a Solution Architect career.
