Provide direct support to the COO and Managing Directors while running day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities include coordinating travel, meetings and hospitality, personal admin and credit card reconciliations, managing supplies, facilities and building relationships, supporting onboarding and events, overseeing receptionist duties, preparing documents, filing and ensuring WHS compliance.

Manage a national portfolio of existing B2B customers through proactive calling, relationship development, quoting, order support, and account growth. Drive customer migration from phone and email ordering to the eCommerce platform through demonstrations, setup, and follow-up. Identify product substitution, standardization, pricing, and volume opportunities; maintain CRM records; resolve commercial and technical queries; and report adoption barriers and improvement opportunities.

Lead creative direction and design for the organisation’s flagship print title, developing concepts from open briefs through production. Create print, digital, social, exhibition, retail, campaign, and website assets while partnering with marketing, digital, retail, and public-programme teams. Manage multiple projects, suppliers, printers, and contributors with autonomy, bringing strong conceptual thinking, stakeholder skills, and commercial awareness to a multidisciplinary creative team.
