Develop and enhance Android applications using Kotlin and Java, applying MVVM and MVC design patterns and asynchronous programming. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers in an agile Scrum environment. Provide technical support and training, oversee project deliverables, mentor colleagues, and help clients align digital solutions with business goals. The role also involves adopting AI tools, communicating effectively, and contributing to rapid product development.

Lead design and implementation of secure backend APIs using C#/.NET (Core/.NET 6) and ASP.NET Core, implement Entra ID/Azure AD authentication flows (OAuth, JWT, managed identities), modernize identity solutions on Azure, collaborate with front-end teams (Vue, React, Angular), build service-to-service integrations in microservices environments, troubleshoot auth/token issues, apply secure development practices, participate in design reviews, and champion AI tool adoption to improve engineering productivity.

Partners with product owners, business users, developers, and QA teams to define requirements for digital modernization initiatives. Creates user stories, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, and backlog documentation; analyzes APIs and SQL; researches existing functionality; supports testing and UAT; and improves documentation and delivery practices. The role also promotes AI adoption, mentors colleagues, and applies regulated-environment experience to ensure traceability and quality.
