Lead Sparq’s consulting practice as a market-facing thought leader, pre-sales partner, and player-coach. Shape AI and digital engineering perspectives, engage executive clients, solve ambiguous problems, scope opportunities, and personally support complex deals. Coach consultants through live engagements, partner with Solutions Consulting, influence hiring and team structure, and help establish a management layer for a team of approximately 30. The role is remote with travel up to 25%.

Leads and mentors developers while designing, building, testing, and delivering scalable Java and Spring Boot backend applications. Translates client and business requirements into secure technical solutions, optimizes systems handling complex data, improves existing products, and resolves difficult technical issues. Collaborates with architects, product stakeholders, and engineering teams, oversees project deliverables, promotes quality and secure coding practices, and champions AI-assisted development.
