Develop and maintain Java-based applications and RESTful web services. Translate business requirements into technical designs, create unit tests, participate in code reviews, estimate development effort, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with Agile teams while supporting software quality, performance, integration, and delivery. The role requires Java, JavaScript, Angular, relational database, Linux, testing, and application architecture experience, plus eligibility for a Federal Public Trust clearance.

Analyzes structured and unstructured data to identify and resolve quality issues, develop data quality standards, create automated reports and dashboards, and support CMS fraud, waste, and abuse initiatives. The role performs statistical analysis, collaborates with data and reporting teams, presents findings to stakeholders, participates in Agile ceremonies, mentors junior analysts, and provides technical leadership across data quality projects.

Lead and implement DevSecOps practices across scrum teams, maintaining tools for source control, CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, logging, security, testing, and deployments. Build and manage AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes/EKS workloads, Terraform automation, Linux systems, and Red Hat patching. Lead DevOps engineers, provide escalation support, troubleshoot independently, and collaborate with customers and stakeholders. Candidates must obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance and meet U.S. residency requirements.
