Lead a team of business analysts and developers to design, implement, support and enhance enterprise applications and integrations (ERP/CRM). Manage application architecture, vendor relationships, ITSM ticketing, delivery processes, documentation, training and stakeholder collaboration to align solutions with business and IT roadmaps.

Design, manage and coordinate electrical projects including drawings, SLDs, equipment layouts, cable schedules, calculations and power system studies (arc flash) using ETAP/SKM. Support procurement, construction, commissioning and field teams, provide technical input under senior review, follow safety protocols, and direct drafting resources while providing client-focused service.

Answer and route phone calls and emails, manage mailing/shipping and basic AP/AR cheque tasks, verify expenses, apply payments, and perform general clerical and administrative duties while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
