Spark Power Benefits Overview

Lead sales of Spark Power technical electrical services to industrial and commercial customers. Identify and develop accounts, generate leads, prepare quotes, estimate project scope, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing and operations. Maintain regulatory and safety compliance, support trade shows and customer workshops, and meet annual sales targets.

Coordinates project setup, scheduling, dispatching, resource allocation, documentation, invoicing, field service reports, and stakeholder communications. Monitors project progress, reviews contracts and reports, tracks technician time entries, prepares status updates, records meeting actions, and analyzes data to identify improvements. Collaborates with project and asset managers, finance teams, field technicians, customers, and suppliers to support accurate, timely project delivery.

Manages electrical projects from estimating through closeout, ensuring budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and customer commitments are met. Coordinates field electricians, engineering, procurement, materials, work orders, invoices, project meetings, status reporting, quotes, and change management. Serves as the primary customer contact, manages expectations, supports sales, and oversees or performs electrical installations, field work, and troubleshooting.
