Provides individualized speech therapy to pediatric clients, develops and implements treatment plans, collaborates with BCBAs and behavior therapists, participates in co-treatment, and tracks client progress using data-driven methods. The role requires assessing and diagnosing speech delays or disorders, maintaining Texas licensure, and communicating effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams. Feeding therapy experience and supervision experience are beneficial. The position may involve driving between central and north Austin locations.
