Teams at Spark Car Wash

Lead monthly financial close, review journal entries and reconciliations, oversee payroll and revenue validation, support treasury activities and year-end audits, and strengthen accounting controls. Supervise and develop junior accountants while partnering with the Controller on financial analysis, issue resolution, and accounting operations across multiple sites and intercompany activities.

Drives membership sales and promotes car wash services while delivering excellent customer experiences. Processes cash and credit transactions, handles returns, supports financial controls, resolves customer issues, and maintains site cleanliness and safety. Assists with onboarding and training teammates, represents the Spark brand, and helps improve membership conversions and overall sales performance. Requires outdoor work, flexible scheduling, customer interaction, and occasional lifting.

Processes payments, returns, and cash-handling procedures accurately; resolves customer issues; supports sales training and onboarding; maintains brand standards, site cleanliness, and safe operations around vehicles, equipment, and chemicals. Requires outdoor work, flexible availability, and physical activity including standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
