As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will enhance customer retention, manage post-sales processes, build strategic relationships, and improve internal processes in the B2B SaaS environment.

Identify and engage enterprise decision-makers through account research and multi-channel outreach, qualify opportunities via discovery, manage outbound pipeline in CRM/SEP tools, and collaborate with Account Executives to hand off well-qualified opportunities while iterating on outreach tactics.

Lead acquisition, import, and maintenance of spare parts product data, ensuring accuracy and data quality. Design and implement data quality checks and governance, build reporting and analytics, resolve product issues, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and optimize data acquisition and product data management processes to support business decisions.
