Teams at Spare

Build relationships with public transit agencies, identify business opportunities, collaborate with account executives and selling teams, educate prospects on Spare’s solutions, represent the company at industry events, and provide market insights to sales, marketing, and product teams. The hybrid role is based in Vancouver and requires travel within Canada and the United States two to four times annually.

Manage and grow relationships with existing transit agency and operator customers. Drive upsell, cross-sell, expansion, renewals, account planning, forecasting, and customer satisfaction. Educate customers on platform capabilities, develop proposals and business cases, collaborate on account-based marketing, and share customer feedback internally. The role requires transit technology or government sales experience, transit industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and frequent travel across Canada and the USA.

Lead Spare’s Enterprise Account Management organization and own expansion revenue, gross retention, renewals, competitive defense, and multi-product adoption across major public transit agencies. Build and coach a senior account management team, establish forecasting and account-planning discipline, manage public-sector procurement strategies, introduce new products through existing customers, and maintain executive relationships. The role requires commercial leadership, quantified quota ownership, government or public-sector selling experience, and travel across North America.
