Teams at Spare

Lead a 5-person cross-functional engineering team for Spare's Demand Response product, owning technical vision, delivery, architecture, reliability, and people development. Split ~50/50 between hands-on coding and people leadership, drive AI-assisted development adoption, collaborate with PM/design, engage customers, and ensure product quality and stakeholder communication.

The Senior Brand Designer will define Spare's visual language, create high-quality assets, and build design systems, ensuring brand consistency across multiple platforms while collaborating with teams in a hybrid environment.
