Provides consultative cannabis product sales and exceptional customer service in a dispensary. Responsibilities include recommending products, processing transactions, meeting sales KPIs, maintaining displays and inventory, setting up customer accounts, handling inquiries, supporting promotions, and maintaining cleanliness and confidentiality. Requires flexible shift availability, cannabis product knowledge, strong communication, cash-handling and POS proficiency, and the ability to pass a background check.
