Teams at SPAN

Own and grow SPAN’s largest solar and storage installer partnerships. Responsibilities include account strategy, revenue forecasting, order and inventory management, joint programs, QBRs, sales enablement, partner training, product roadmap coordination, and cross-functional execution. The role manages relationships across executive, regional, sales, and field installation teams while driving adoption, installations, and commercial results.

Leads SPAN’s reliability engineering function, including Design for Reliability, XFMEA, reliability test planning, lab organization, statistical analysis, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions. Mentors reliability engineers, defines cross-disciplinary test strategies, manages external testing facilities, improves in-house capabilities, and translates test results into product requirements and design improvements. The role also performs hands-on testing, instrumentation, data logging, and analysis using Python and Linux.

Provides onsite office administration and executive support in SPAN’s San Francisco office. Responsibilities include supporting senior leadership and the CEO, managing appointments and confidential information, coordinating meetings and events, assisting with expense reports, and tracking cross-functional projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with workplace, HR, recruiting, and executive support teams.
