Manage and grow SPAN’s installer and distribution partner network across the Mid-Atlantic. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting sales pitches, onboarding partners, increasing partner sales, analyzing Salesforce pipeline metrics, developing territory and channel business plans, supporting field events, and managing market inventory. The role requires frequent travel for trade shows, trainings, sales calls, ride-alongs, and site visits.

Lead and standardize firmware-focused technical programs across engineering, product, and revenue teams. Define methodologies, KPIs, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, change management, and program reporting to align schedules—particularly coordinating software and hardware timelines for embedded devices.

Lead cost accounting for a scaling hardware manufacturer: maintain standard costing and BOM accuracy, perform inventory valuation and reconciliations, manage consignment accounting, support month-end close and variance analysis, produce management reports, and partner with Supply Chain, FP&A, and Operations on cost and process improvements.
