The role involves leading mobile technical direction, developing React Native apps, ensuring quality through testing, and collaborating effectively with design and engineering teams to enhance customer experiences with SPAN's mobile solutions.

As a Systems Integration Engineer, you will ensure product performance and handle integrations, working across teams to develop test plans and verify system functionality while managing complexity during product expansion.

Drive growth of installer and distribution partners across the South Central territory by qualifying leads, onboarding partners, and increasing activation and sales. Use Salesforce and analytics to manage pipeline, develop territory business plans, and execute market visits (8–15 days/month). Collaborate with channel and leadership teams to optimize programs, manage inventory turns, and improve partner performance.
