Enforce and promote construction site safety by developing and executing company-wide and site-specific safety programs. Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, incident investigations, training, and root-cause analyses. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, recommend corrective actions, support emergency response planning, and participate in safety committees. Serve as an on-site safety leader, coach safe behaviors, maintain safety equipment, and support continuous improvement across projects.

The Safety Manager develops and enforces safety programs, conducts training, performs inspections, and ensures compliance with safety regulations to protect employees and the public.

Support the Project Manager on a 24-month on-site data center build: assist with scheduling, document and budget control, QA/safety compliance, stakeholder communication, problem resolution, and use project management software to maintain records and reports.
