Manage and enforce company and regulatory construction safety programs across projects. Develop training, perform inspections and incident investigations, create site-specific safety and emergency plans, analyze data to implement corrective actions, and promote a behavior-based safety culture while supporting clients and teams.

Provide desktop and user support for onsite and remote employees, maintain systems and applications (Smartsheet, BIM360, SPANConnect, Procore, Microsoft 365, Citrix), troubleshoot hardware/software/networks, grant access, and act as backup IT Manager during extended absences while promoting safety and compliance.

The Safety Manager develops and enforces safety programs, conducts training, performs inspections, and ensures compliance with safety regulations to protect employees and the public.
