Lead enterprise and government sales across EMEA for Starlink. Identify and close large deals, drive procurement efforts, partner with cross-functional teams, gather customer requirements, and represent Starlink at regional events while meeting revenue targets.

Lead supplier-facing process development for Starlink user terminal final assembly, test, and packout. Plan and run validations, analyze yields, drive DFM and automation, establish PQPs and SPC, manage supplier ramp-up readiness, and implement corrective actions to achieve high-volume production efficiency and reliability.

Maintain EMEA general ledger and month/quarter/year-end close activities including reconciliations, accruals, VAT, intercompany, and financial statement support. Support audits, update accounting policies, drive process improvements, liaise with outsourced local providers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new launches and commercial operations.
