Support Falcon and Dragon supplier base by solving supplier manufacturing and quality issues, driving root-cause corrective actions, performing DFM and supplier capability assessments, leading new product introductions and PPAP, improving manufacturability and cost, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure stable, on-time supply for machined metallic components and assemblies.

Design and build flight hardware (propellant tanks, interfaces, primary structures). Create and update detailed CAD models and drawings with GD&T, review specs, support rapid design iterations, and collaborate hands-on with production teams while meeting tight schedules.

Plan and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies for Falcon, Dragon, and Starfall. Maintain BOMs and inventory, manage lead times and POs, perform risk and should-cost analysis, support supplier visits and NPI, optimize logistics and manufacturing interfaces, and drive continuous improvement across suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
