Manages day-to-day office operations, including facilities, vendors, supplies, technology coordination, calendars, events, internal communications, and administrative support. Works with leadership, employees, IT, HR, procurement, accounting, and external vendors to maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient workplace. Handles confidential information, responds to office requests, and adapts to changing priorities.

Coordinate technical spaceflight projects across engineering, science, operations, customers, and external partners. Manage schedules, requirements, documentation, deliverables, risks, readiness milestones, and action items. Support NASA integration processes and guide payloads through planning, testing, launch, on-orbit operations, and return. Prepare technical review materials, maintain cross-team alignment, and assist with launch and mission activities, including occasional travel and non-standard hours.
