Hands-on owner of campus-wide network and infrastructure supporting guest-facing systems across multiple venues. Maintain, troubleshoot, and configure switches, routers, wireless, and firewalls; support POS, ticketing, access control, surveillance, and event technologies; provide real-time operational support during events and peak periods; coordinate vendor escalations, maintenance windows, and security practices to ensure operational continuity and guest experience.

Develop and execute social media strategy across six branded accounts to boost awareness, engagement, and attendance. Create and schedule content (copy, photo, video), manage user-generated and partner content pipelines, define KPIs, analyze performance, maintain social SOPs, and collaborate with PR, marketing, and stakeholders. Support events and occasional evenings/weekends.
