Leads the evaluation, coaching, career growth, retention, and engagement of engineers embedded with a major client. Acts as Space Inch’s senior client contact for people-related matters, gathers feedback, manages expectations, bridges communication gaps, and supports promotions. The role also establishes evaluation standards, assesses AI practices, and maintains connection among distributed engineers without assigning delivery work or making architecture decisions.

Hands-on Engineering Manager who spends ~75% coding in Java/Spring while leading a small team, owning architecture, production services, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure, mentoring engineers, coordinating delivery, and acting as the primary technical contact for the client.
