Leads multidisciplinary systems engineering for satellite ground systems, including architecture, requirements, integration, verification, testing, risk management, configuration control, and technical baselines. Coordinates software, hardware, and support teams; evaluates vendors; advises management and government customers; supports proposals and business development; and drives resolution of complex technical and programmatic challenges. The role requires extensive satellite and ground-system experience, systems engineering expertise, leadership, U.S. citizenship, clearance eligibility, and travel as needed.

Leads systems engineering for defense space and ground systems, including architecture, interface requirements, integration, verification, validation, testing, and operations. Develops technical and programmatic documentation, coordinates interdisciplinary teams, assesses risks and test results, supports configuration and requirements management, and advises government program managers. The role focuses on space-to-ground interoperability, end-to-end performance, contractor testing, and mission partner coordination.

Provides systems engineering expertise for defense space and ground systems, including architecture, requirements, interfaces, integration, testing, verification, and operations. Leads interface and IV&V working groups, assesses end-to-end test results, manages technical risks and configurations, develops engineering and programmatic documentation, and advises government program managers. Supports satellite, ground network, cloud, and mission-partner integration for Space Development Agency programs.
