Teams at Space Dynamics Laboratory

Develop proposal cost estimates and budgets by translating program resources and schedules into financial plans. Track, analyze, report, and forecast costs for internal projects and externally funded programs. Collaborate with program managers, engineers, schedulers, contract administrators, and other teams to support program planning, execution, and contractual requirements.

Provides senior technical leadership for missile defense systems across requirements, architecture, integration, verification, testing, fielding, and operations. Evaluates complex system-of-systems capabilities involving command and control, sensors, weapons, communications, networks, software, and modeling. Advises government and program leadership, oversees contractor performance, assesses risks and emerging technologies, supports classified projects, and mentors multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Leads force-design and complex systems analysis for Space Data Network architectures supporting the USSF Global SATCOM mission. Manages multidisciplinary teams, customer and partner relationships, deliverables, schedules, trade-offs, and risks. Develops and presents technical findings to senior military, government, and industry audiences. Requires extensive national security space and satellite communications experience, active Top Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and onsite work in Colorado Springs.
