Teams at SP+ (SP Plus)

Supervises overnight parking operations, supports location management, assists customers, maintains parking equipment, reports safety issues, performs cleanup, and substitutes for staff as needed. Ensures compliance with company policies and location contracts while promoting customer satisfaction and positive client relations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, minimal related experience or training, strong communication and judgment, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Provides customer assistance in parking lots and garages, explains parking technology, supports enrollment, patrols facilities, issues and documents violations, maintains cleanliness, reports hazards, and performs basic vehicle upkeep. Requires strong customer service, communication, technology, reliability, and adaptability. The role involves extended standing and walking, outdoor work in all weather, variable shifts, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

Manages daily parking facility operations, including staffing, training, customer and client relations, security and cash controls, budgeting, procurement, vendor services, accounting, maintenance, damage claims, safety, and OSHA compliance. Leads a diverse team, improves profitability and customer experience, resolves operational issues, and ensures policies and procedures are followed.
