Supports global broad-based compensation and total rewards programs through reporting, data administration, survey participation, benchmarking, data validation, query resolution, documentation, and workflow improvement. Maintains compensation spreadsheets and employee records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, policy compliance, and timely delivery during compensation cycles. Collaborates with regional stakeholders and may occasionally join calls outside standard hours.

Leads global technology and application security audits from planning through reporting. Conducts penetration testing and risk assessments across applications, infrastructure, databases, operating systems, and cloud environments. Reviews findings, coordinates remediation plans, applies data analytics and automation, and advises technology stakeholders on emerging security risks and audit best practices.

Supports global risk-based internal audit engagements from planning through reporting, evaluates control design and effectiveness, identifies risks and control gaps, prepares audit reports, communicates findings to management, and coordinates remediation plans. The role also contributes to audit operations, data analytics, automation, emerging technology adoption, and continuous improvement of internal audit practices while maintaining compliance with IIA standards and ethics.
