Manages digital marketing delivery across website enhancements, paid advertising, SEO, AI-powered search, chatbot optimization, conversion testing, and performance analysis. Coordinates internal teams and agencies to improve engagement, lead generation, conversion, and commercial outcomes. Uses dashboards, experimentation, customer insights, and KPIs to prioritize website, campaign, targeting, creative, and investment improvements while supporting emerging AI-enabled digital capabilities.

Leads global Energy FP&A and serves as a strategic finance partner to the CFO and senior executives. Owns budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance management, scenario analysis, financial modeling, resource allocation, M&A support, and executive decision support. The VP drives profitability, investment discipline, financial transformation, automation, AI-enabled processes, governance, and reporting improvements while building a high-performing global finance team.
