Serve as a client-facing business analyst for regulatory reporting implementations. Gather and translate regulatory requirements into functional specs, manage ETL and testing, lead small-to-medium projects, and liaise between clients, developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver Cappitech SaaS solutions across major regulatory regimes.

Design and document market-data workflows, integrations, and data pipelines for risk analytics. Translate business needs into specifications, data mappings, user stories, and test plans. Investigate data issues using SQL/Python, support UAT and releases, and improve controls, monitoring, automation, and operational processes across Market Data and Integration.

Lead technology risk, governance, and controls for the enterprise technology organization. Own first-line risk management, SOX IT controls, audits, remediation, KPIs/KRIs, third-party and cloud dependency risk, AI risk controls, and operational resilience while partnering with security, risk, audit, finance, and business stakeholders.
