Analyze accounts receivable, credit, reserves, DSO, delinquent accounts, and cash collections. Prepare monthly results, reconciliations, operational reports, and ad hoc analyses while supporting finance and collections teams. Ensure accounting, audit, SOX, and systems controls are followed. Collaborate globally with internal teams, customers, third parties, and offshore partners, resolve issues, support projects, and provide process coverage.

Facilitate and coach one to two Scrum teams using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices. Lead ceremonies, remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, improve team flow, maintain backlog readiness, and coordinate across Agile Release Trains. Promote continuous improvement, conflict resolution, delivery predictability, quality, transparency, and measurable business value while partnering with Product Managers, Product Owners, technical leads, and other Scrum Masters.

Provide product support for index and ETF data solutions used by institutional financial clients. Manage and prioritize customer requests, troubleshoot application interfaces and backend database issues, communicate progress, and coordinate with product, technology, operations, and sales teams. Build client relationships, identify enhancement opportunities, and help retain customers and generate revenue while collaborating with global colleagues.
