Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure, Docker Swarm or Kubernetes clusters, and Terraform configurations. Build Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments using PowerShell or Python, manage application settings, document release processes, troubleshoot deployment issues, and promote DevOps best practices. The role also includes AI-assisted workflows, collaboration with development and product teams, off-hours support, and participation in an on-call rotation.

The Business Development Representative generates qualified sales opportunities by engaging prospects, qualifying inbound leads, meeting activity and quota targets, and partnering with Account Executives on territory and pipeline development. The role also improves business development processes using data insights, AI-assisted workflows, and modern sales tools while building relationships with mid-level and executive contacts.

Provide commercial legal support across Latin America, especially Mexico, by drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements, NDAs, DPAs, and partner contracts. Advise sales and business stakeholders on deal structure, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Oversee cross-border transactions, employment law matters, disputes, litigation, company policies, and selected M&A integration activities while collaborating with internal teams and outside counsel.
