Drive sales operations and revenue processes by supporting Salesforce and CRM tools, enforcing data integrity, building analytics and dashboards, managing reporting and documentation, training users, and coordinating cross-functional projects to optimize go-to-market operations.

Manage the SaaS customer renewal lifecycle, cultivating stakeholder relationships, developing account plans, negotiating renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, resolving account issues, and forecasting renewal performance. This quota-carrying role partners with Account Management and Customer Success to improve retention, expansion, customer value, and operational efficiency while maintaining accurate forecasts and meeting targets.
