The Senior Conversation Designer will design and enhance AI customer support bots, managing content and UX across various platforms. Responsibilities include designing dialog flows, collaborating on multilingual support, and optimizing bot performance using metrics and A/B testing.

Design, build, and maintain Snowflake and dbt pipelines for the US revenue data chain (Billing → ARR → Deferred Revenue → Rev Rec → Close Pack). Deliver tested, documented ingestion and transformation models, ensure pipeline reliability during financial close (on-call), set data quality and governance standards, enable AI and finance consumers, and extend models to OPEX/COGS/commissions as scope grows.
