Prepare, package, label, photograph, and ship machines. Leads environmental, health, and safety programs across manufacturing and office operations. Develops EHS policies, training, audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions; ensures OSHA and environmental compliance; investigates incidents; manages hazard controls, emergency preparedness, records, contractor safety, and workers’ compensation coordination. Partners with operations, engineering, maintenance, HR, and leadership to reduce workplace risk and strengthen safety culture across multiple facilities.

Lead and develop engineering teams for core products and custom solutions, drive engineering strategy, process improvements, DFM/DFA, capital planning, and cross-functional project delivery to improve quality, manufacturability, and profitability.

The Sales Engineer acts as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring technical solutions are well-defined and manufacturable while supporting sales throughout the cycle.
