Full-time summer electrical engineering intern supporting CAD modeling, drafting, design calculations, data analysis, process improvement, CAD vault management, manufacturing design changes, and customer orders. The intern will learn machine electrical design, including power and controls, panels, wiring, motors, sensors, VFDs, PLCs, and PCBAs. They will work with senior engineers, complete individual and team projects, and present results to engineering and executive leadership.

Prepare, package, label, photograph, and ship machines. Operate forklifts safely to move products and load trucks or trailers, perform light assembly and pre-packaging tasks, and support production activities. The role requires mandatory overtime, physical handling of items up to 50 pounds, tool use, adaptability, communication, and effective independent and teamwork skills.

Mechanical Engineering Intern supporting machine design and process improvement projects. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, drafting, design calculations, FEA analysis, CAD vault management, engineering change support, data analysis, and customer-order assistance. The intern will collaborate with senior engineers, learn SolidWorks and PDM practices, contribute to manufacturing support, and present completed projects to engineering and executive teams.

Leads strategic and operational HR activities for the Falmouth headquarters, including workforce planning, talent and succession planning, leadership development, organizational change, employee relations, payroll administration, compensation, compliance, and HR governance. Partners with site and regional leaders to execute enterprise HR strategies, mitigate people risks, strengthen culture, and improve HR processes and employee experience.

Leads environmental, health, and safety programs across manufacturing and office operations. Develops EHS policies, training, audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions; ensures OSHA and environmental compliance; investigates incidents; manages hazard controls, emergency preparedness, records, contractor safety, and workers’ compensation coordination. Partners with operations, engineering, maintenance, HR, and leadership to reduce workplace risk and strengthen safety culture across multiple facilities.

Lead and develop engineering teams for core products and custom solutions, drive engineering strategy, process improvements, DFM/DFA, capital planning, and cross-functional project delivery to improve quality, manufacturability, and profitability.

The Sales Engineer acts as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring technical solutions are well-defined and manufacturable while supporting sales throughout the cycle.
