Support lead teachers and the climate and culture team by supervising students, reinforcing school-wide behavior systems, recording behaviors, implementing behavior supports, preparing materials, and supervising arrival, dismissal, lunch, transitions, and drills to maintain a safe, organized learning environment.

Support the Dean of Students in analyzing discipline data, advising staff and families, enforcing the Scholar Code of Conduct, supervising dismissal and multipurpose room duties, overseeing climate staff, developing interventions and reports, and assisting with staff development and PBIS/restorative practices. On-site, ten-month role reporting to the Dean of Students.

Assist lead and apprentice teachers by working with individual students and small groups, preparing lesson materials, maintaining classroom organization and inventory, operating instructional equipment, supporting differentiated and remedial instruction, processing student paperwork, and serving as a substitute in emergencies.

Support the Principal by supervising staff, implementing curriculum and school policies, coordinating schedules and calendars, monitoring student data and gradebooks, managing discipline procedures, orienting new staff/students, coordinating after-school clubs, and co-chairing MTSS to promote student and staff development.
